I really like yoga. I think it’s a great supplement to running, and I like how doing it on a regular basis loosens up your whole body.
Even though I enjoy it and recognize the benefits to my body, mind and spirit, I never seem to stick with it.
Easy Morning Yoga Flow
There’s one routine that I keep coming back to time and time again, though! It’s great for those of you who, like me, are not morning people who get up hours before you need to get ready for work.
I love doing it first thing on Saturday and Sunday mornings while my coffee is brewing. And it’s definitely short enough to do on a weekday morning, if you’re so inclined.
As an added bonus, I don’t find Jason Crandell annoying in the slightest. His voice is soothing (especially important when you do this before any sort of caffeinated beverage), he sets a great pace and chimes in with suggestions at just the right moments.
