A Morning Yoga Routine You’ll Actually Stick With

I really like yoga. I think it’s a great supplement to running, and I like how doing it on a regular basis loosens up your whole body.

Even though I enjoy it and recognize the benefits to my body, mind and spirit, I never seem to stick with it.

Easy Morning Yoga Flow

There’s one routine that I keep coming back to time and time again, though! It’s great for those of you who, like me, are not morning people.

I love doing it first thing on Saturday and Sunday mornings while my coffee is brewing. And it’s definitely short enough to do on a weekday morning, if you’re so inclined.

As an added bonus, I don’t find Jason Crandell annoying in the slightest. His voice is soothing (especially important when you do this before any sort of caffeinated beverage), he sets a great pace, and chimes in with suggestions at just the right moments.
